- contributing to projects to drive automation and streamlining of business process and reporting
- identifying opportunities to optimize and digitize the processes in scope
- implementing and developing of modules, scripts, tools and applications supporting business processes;
- driving continuous improvement and standardization of processes
- translating business stories into technical deliverable requirements
- managing data (including its quality), data modelling, developing visualisations (dashboards and reports fort the internal client)
